Classes are designed to build upon the students' knowledge and skill base, making them accessible for beginners, and allow further development for more experienced practitioners.

The classes involve stretching, strengthening and meditative practices. Classes will leave the students with a sense of well being and stillness, also giving the students the necessary tools to deal with everyday stresses in a more balanced manner.
